Our CURRENT Programs

MEDITATION ON THE MOVE

We take FREE meditation programs into the community. The benefits of meditation are many – increased energy, reduced stress, relaxed body, enhanced intuition, a greater sense of peace and a clearer mind to name only a few.

Tailored to meet specific needs and time requirements, this meditation program is partly guided, partly silent.  NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.

PEACE GARDENS

Reconnecting us to the Earth, to each other and to Source.

Nurturing an urban garden promotes health and wellness, offers a place for leisure, provides food for those with need, and provides educational opportunities. Urban gardens should incorporate sustainable and permaculture practices that maintain and protect the environment by including organic edible landscaping, native plants, composting and mulching, a rainwater harvesting system, and beneficial insects.

A Peace Garden must be community-based – a collaboration between volunteers, neighbors, businesses and organizations within the community. Gardens create beauty in any vacant lot, school, church, private property open to the public or other community area.

REFERRAL HUB

Many Paths World Service is dedicated to building bridges, partnerships and avenues for a connected life.  We are a HUB for those who live without shelter by providing a list AND link of services found primarily throughout the San Fernando Valley as well as Santa Clarita, Pasadena and Los Angeles.  While we are focused on basic needs for our brothers and sisters on the street, we are working to include programs for meals, showers, laundry, medical and mental health, shelters and spiritual care.

As a HUB, we believe in sharing our resources because there’s an Infinite Abundance at play. Let’s work together to make life better for everyone.

SAN FERNANDO VALLEY

QUICK REFERENCE GUIDE

In addition to our online HUB, we are supplying local businesses with the San Fernando Valley Quick Reference Guide to help business owners and employees stay informed and provide information about services to those living nearby without shelter.

The QRG provides –

  • meal and food pantry information
  • limited shelter information
  • statistics
  • education about homelessness and the homeless person

PROSPERITY HOUSE Homeless in America - woman and child
San Fernando Valley

Prosperity House will be a high-quality, unique soup kitchen that greatly expands services for those without shelter by providing the only permanent meal program in the San Fernando Valley.

Your contributions will allow us to plan, build and create reserves so that when it's time to move into action once the path is made clear as to how to sustain such a meal program for men, women and children.

MANY PATHS LIBRARY

Bodhi Tree Bookstore, the largest spiritual bookstore in LA – closes in just a few months.  Digital media is rapidly changing the reading experience.  Where will those trudging the path – or those just beginning to walk – go to touch, feel and explore the many paths of Spirit?

With over 1,000 volumes already waiting for stacks, Many Paths seeks to establish a spiritual library open to the public.  Because we know that seekers prefer to actively engage with their intuition when it comes to books, we will again offer a place for everyone to come in, browse, sit and read.
